Getting started

Bookings

Terms and conditions people agree to when they book Upload your terms, link them, or write them in, and nobody can book without agreeing and signing Prices, sibling rates and other tickets One standard price, plus named prices for siblings, families and under-4s, each with its own rule about who can pick it Cancel a date, and refunds Cancelling a session keeps it on the record and cancels its places; money comes back from Payments, one session at a time if you like Connect your payout account People pay by card, the money lands in your own bank through Stripe, and a priced term can't open until this is done

Attendees

Adding a child to one date, or to the whole group A place can be for a single session or every date, and either can be undone from the same sheet Give families access Your join code, the requests it brings in, and what a connected person can see and do Consents and photos What the person booking agrees to, where it's recorded, and why the camera is blocked for a child without photo consent
