People you do not know ask before they can book, and you approve or decline
A booking link is public, so anyone who finds it can take a place. Switch this on for a term and someone you don't know gets a short form instead of the booking options: a name, a phone number and a line about themselves. You decide who books. Families you already have carry on as normal.
