Mark who has arrived, sign each child out as they go home, and keep a record of which adults were with them and for how long
The register is part of every session, on your phone or on a computer, with or without signal. Mark each child present as they arrive and sign them out as they are collected, and the time is kept against their name. The adults with them sit on the same register, so you always know your ratio and who was on hand that day.
