Ask for the permissions your forest school needs, in your own words, at the moment they book. Photo consent is enforced rather than remembered: without it, the camera will not offer that child, in the app or on the server, and photos reach parents only through observations you share, for their own child. A termly reminder can ask families to confirm their consents still stand.
