Ask for the permissions your forest school needs, in your own words, at the moment they book. A photo of a child without photo consent is kept for your own records, marked Not for sharing, and never reaches a family, a report or your website. Other photos reach families only through observations you share, for their own child. A termly reminder can ask families to confirm their consents still stand.
