A Level 3 course, a tools and fire refresher, an evening webinar on safeguarding. The places sell on a general ticketing site, the register is a sheet on a clipboard, and a fortnight later every delegate types the day into their CPD log from memory. Sell the places from your own booking page instead, run the day the way you run any session, and close it with the day confirmed in each delegate's own record.
Your booking page carries the training days beside your children's sessions, marked for practitioners. A delegate books with an email and pays you directly, into your own Stripe account. No date of birth, no consent form, none of the children's questions.
A practitioners day keeps the wood, the risk-benefit assessments, the tools and fire count and the incident log. It has no children's register, ratio, observations or consent. The people who booked are the list, and you mark them present on the day.
When you close the day, everyone marked present is offered the entry: what the day was, the date, the hours, and your forest school as the organiser. They accept it into the CPD log on their free account, and it carries your confirmation rather than their memory.
Why it's different
You already have the booking page, the payment account and the session record. Switch training on in Settings and every session you make asks one more question: is this for children or for practitioners. A practitioners day keeps the children's parts of the screen out of the way, sells its places like any other date, and is listed in the public training diary for as long as your plan is active. The delegate who booked on Tuesday is on your list on Saturday, and on Saturday evening the day is in their CPD log with your name on it.

Every practitioners day has a CPD poster with its own QR code. Pin it up by the fire circle. At the end of the day a delegate scans it, signs in to their free account and taps Add to my CPD log. The day, the date, the hours and your forest school go straight into their log, with a box for what they took from it, and they are marked present on your list. When you close the day with them on it, the entry shows you confirmed it.
If your places sell somewhere else, through a ticketing site or a conference, the poster fills the list instead: scanned before the day it puts someone on your delegate list, scanned on the day it logs the CPD. On a day you sell through the app, only the people who booked can use it. No signal in the wood? The code is printed big enough to type in later.

Write your reflectionThe training and CPD diary lists practitioner days from every forest school on an active plan: when, in a wood or online, and what kind, from leader training and first aid to bushcraft, tools and fire and safeguarding. Anyone can read it without an account, and the app shows the same list to practitioners who are not in a team yet. Booking goes to your page and the money goes to you. Each listing shows what you wrote. We don't check qualifications or accredit anything, so say plainly what the day covers and what it leads to.
A two-hour evening webinar on safeguarding is a training day with no wood. Mark it online and it sits under Online in the diary, and delegates book it the same way.
A CPD entry a practitioner typed for themselves is a claim. One that arrived from the organiser who closed the session with them marked present says who ran it, who led it and that they were there. That is what an employer, an awarding body or a school asking for evidence gets to see on the practitioner's professional record. A delegate with no account gets the entry the day they make one, free.

Trainer questions
No. They book with an email and pay on your page. The confirmed CPD entry waits for that email: a delegate who already has a free practitioner account is offered it in the app the evening you close the day, and one who hasn't gets it the day they sign up.
Yes. Training days sit on the same booking page, marked for practitioners, and the same team runs them. The children's register, ratio, consent and medical parts only appear on children's sessions.
No. The diary shows what you wrote, and the delegate's CPD entry says that you confirmed they attended. Recognition, accreditation and awards are between you, the awarding body and the delegate, so put them in the description in your own words.
The name of the day, the date, the hours, your forest school as the organiser, who led it, and that attendance was confirmed at close. What they took from it is theirs to add.
Between you and the delegate, on your terms. A refund is made from the booking with the card reference and the maths shown, the same as a children's place.
