What happens after this form?
You land in your own account straight away. Running your own sessions? Create your forest school from there and invite your team. Joining someone else's? Ask them for an invite and it links to this account.
Do you need my card for the trial?
No. When you set up your own forest school, the paid tools start on a free trial, and we only ask for a card when you choose a plan.
Does it work with no signal?
Yes. The field app keeps the whole session on your phone (register, risk-benefit assessments, observations, photos) and syncs when you're back in range.
What about children's photos and data?
Consent is enforced by the app itself: a child without photo consent can't be photographed. Safeguarding notes are visible only to your designated safeguarding lead. Your data stays yours, and you can delete your account whenever you like.
